Top 5 Most Beautiful Beaches To Visit

There are thousands of beautiful beaches around the world, but the top 5 most beautiful beaches to visit are:

1. Long Beach, Vancouver Island, Canada

2. Anse Source d’Argent, La Digue, Seychelles

3. Anakena, Easter Island

4. Mayflower Beach, Dennis, Massachusetts

5. Navagio Beach, Zakynthos, Greece

In the following short article, we will dive into what makes these beaches some of the most beautiful, must-see beaches on Earth.

Long Beach, Vancouver Island, Canada

It’s not only tropical beaches with enough beauty to render one speechless. One great example is Canada’s very own Long Beach. On the edge of Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Long Beach offers eye-catching scenic views and diverse maritime habitats for an array of wildlife.

It features ten miles of pristine sandy shorelines and is backed by lush rainforest. This beautiful beach sees 20,000 grey whales migrating through its waters during the spring and summer months.

Anse Source d’Argent, La Digue, Seychelles

The Anse Source d’Argent is one of the world’s most photographed beaches, and for a good reason! This white-sand beach stands out against a backdrop of large white granite boulders that have been worn and molded into unique, eye-catching shapes by both the weather and time.

The beach provides an offshore reef that offers protection from the ocean’s waves and making the sparkling turquoise water an ideal place for an afternoon of swimming. In addition, you might see an endangered bird or giant tortoise go by when visiting.

Anakena, Easter Island

To behold a once-in-a-lifetime beauty, take a trip to Anakena beach on Easter Island. On the main beach, you’ll find swaying palm trees in a bed of white coral sand and eight of the ever popular moai statues, some broken and others completely intact. You can stand in front of the statues and wonder about their history while the sunset falls around you and covers the Pacific Ocean in color.

Mayflower Beach, Dennis, Massachusetts

Found on scenic Cape Cod, Mayflower Beach is a beach that is out to impress. Here, beachgoers can enjoy amenities like picnic areas and a well-kept boardwalk. In addition, there’s plenty of space for beach games like volleyball, frisbee, and soccer.

At low tide, Mayflower Beach becomes a prime location for exploring tide pools and tidal flats, which allow visitors to walk for miles in ankle-deep water across the sand with beach cottages and the sunset in the distance.

Navagio Beach, Zakynthos, Greece

Nicknamed Shipwreck Beach, Navagio Beach sits on the northwestern coast of Zakynthos, Greece, and boasts an incredible view of the shipwreck that earned the beach its nickname. The wreck sits in the center of the pebbly beach and is surrounded by high vertical cliffs that overlook the waters of the Ionian Sea.

In addition to its public space, Navagio also boasts a private section of the beach that can only be accessed by boat. Here, you’ll find the Blue Caves and historic Bohali Castle.

With these gorgeous beaches in mind, it might be time to plan your next vacation!
